Whether your home is rented through platforms or outside, a security deposit amount needs to be set up. In Airbnb it is added manually in the ad and, in case of any damage or missing objects in the property after a stay, the owner can activate the security deposit and claim the amount from the guest. If it is outside of Airbnb, the security deposit is requested in cash in advance and is returned upon check out, as long as everything is in good condition in your property.

We care that guests get the best experience staying in your home, so we strive to provide a warm and permanent communication with them. Languages: Spanish and English. We are in permanent communication with them from the first moment the reservation is made.

On the other hand, since we believe it is very important that guests take care of your property, we take care of printing the house regulations and placing them in a visible place so that they know at all times what rules they have to follow. In addition to this, when they check in, everything about the rules is explained to them in a simple but clearly manner.

We personally greet and say goodbye to guests. We recommend the placement of a masterlock (box for keys with code on the door of the property) so that, on exceptional occasions when it is not possible to receive guests personally, they can access without problem. Do not worry, we will give all the necessary instructions to them so that they can access and that everything flows correctly.

We keep accommodation availability up-to-date and manage pricing settings. We can also add seasonal prices and weekly discounts.

We check and replace the items that are necessary for each stay, especially cleaning items. The cost of such items is paid by the owner. Once the purchase is made, we send you the receipt and then you transfer the amount to us.

We take care of washing the bedding and towels so that everything is clean for each stay. It is recommended that there are two sets of sheets per bed and two sets of towels per guest, so that the change can be made quickly.

We take care of cleaning your property. This point is very important to ensure that each guest has a satisfactory experience during their stay. We already have experience in this area and we know how the accommodation should be left for each stay.

We offer extra services (as a recommendation) that add a lot of value when a guest decides to book your accommodation, such as: car rental, transfers in private service, discounted tickets to the Xcaret parks and tours.
